Free Shipping is offered on all standard UPS Ground deliveries in the United States and Canada. Insurance is included to protect the value of your artwork. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing. Due to supply chain issues, print and framing materials may be delayed or substituted. Order and shipping information will be communicated once your order is processed. Order cancellations and refunds will be issued if lead times are outside your expectations and/or schedule.

Returns
 

No-Risk Online Purchase Protection. Within seven (7) days of delivery, you may return your undamaged original piece for a full refund. Simply bring your artwork to your local UPS Shipping Center along with the original packaging and return shipping documents. No-Risk Online Purchase Protection returns must be re-packed in the original shipping container and shipped via an authorized UPS Shipping Center to prevent damage and maintain shipping insurance protection.

Artwork damaged during shipping will be fully refunded or replaced, if possible. Shipping damage must be reported to Andrew J. Burris within 48 hours of delivery.
UPS requires thorough documentation and photographs of damages to artwork, packaging and shipping materials. Please contact me for all shipping claims.

Policies
 

All sales are final seven (7) days from receipt of shipment.

Orders picked up in-person at the studio are considered final.

Damage resulting from improper hanging and/or mounting, improper care, exposure, mishandling and all other external factors are not eligible for refund and/or return.
